The details of the SAM children discharged from NRC is shared with ANM and ICDS supervisor who provide supplementary nutrition.
The Anganwadi worker does home visits every week in the first 4 weeks then once in 2 weeks till the child is healthy.
During the visits, children should be weighed and the feeding is observed along with appropriate counselling for mother
