Incidence of pulmonary embolism among exposed = 120/200
Incidence of pulmonary embolism among non-exposed = 10/80
Relative Risk = Incidence of Disease among Exposed/Incidence of Disease among Non-Exposed
= (120/200)/(10/80) = 4.80
