Management of raised ICT:
● Adequate oxygen
● Head end elevation
● IV mannitol to reduce cerebral oedema
● Administration of hypertonic (3%) solution
● Hyperventilation
● Adequate perfusion by maintaining BP
● Avoid hyperglycemia
● Prophylactic antiepileptics
● No role of steroids
